Need Help with meals.. Please

I am trying to stick to KarenB’s timer plan but having trouble with
what to eat for my 1-3 oz. of protein and how and what to eat for
dinner.
So I am asking if there is anyone out there that has their meal plan
for 1-5 days maybe stored in their computer so I could look at it and
get some ideas from it… I am very bad with meal planning and I have
gained back 15lbs. Never got to goal. I am almast 3 yrs. out I am a
transected lap Rny. 100cm bypassed.
Could someone please share their meal plans with me so I can get back
on track.
