Just got out of the hospital yesterday. HELP?

I am so bloated I feel miserable. I have a difficult time urinating
and have had a small amount of waterery stool today.
My doc says walk, walk, walk? I get tired very easily. Anyone have
an answer?

    Try a little sugar free cranberry juice, diliuted. Were you catheterized? That
    will make it hard to pee.
