milk or no milk ?

I,m not lactose intolerant.My doctor says to fortify shakes with milk.
I keep reading “no milk due to the lactase.” I don’t want to slow down
my weight loss. I’m drinking four Matrix shakes/day. I’m eating almost
nothing because nothing tastes good or feels good in my pouch.What do
you all think about the milk?

    I think skim milk is fine. It doesn’t bother me at all. Now if I were to
    drink whole mile, that may make me sick. I can tolerate half/half in my coffee
    just fine as well. I do Unjury shakes. They taste the best to me and I always
    mix them with skim milk.

    i think your going a little overboard about having any!!! sugar…as long as
    you stay under a certain amount a day you will lose and this milk have less
    fat, sugar, calories and more protein then regular milk and it bakes and
    tastes good…its no good to cut all sugar out but you have to limit it..im
    diabetic so im very aware of how bad sugar is for me and ive done just fine my
    doctor says im a perfect example of a success story…also dairy is important
    in
    your diet for fat loss in the stomach area…if you obsess on more excercise
    as well as watching your sugars you will see positive results

    Carb Countdown has 3 carbs and 8 grams of protein for 8 oz it’s a 2%
    dairy drink, perfect if you want cereal or need milk with your cream of
    wheat too.

    That is great. What did you start at? I think that what works for you, may
    not necessarily have the same results for everyone and you need to be careful

    others consider a great result. For me,115 at 5′7would be much much much
    too thin. At 175 I am a size 10/12 That is great for me. If I were 115lbs I
    would be a skeleton.
